2024-2025 Kindergarten Registration

The portal for Kindergarten Registration is now open! Complete the Open Registration Form in Genesis. Be sure to choose 2024-2025 for the school year that you are registering for.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
Please scan and email the following documents to Alanna O’Handley at ohandleya@sbs-nj.org:-
- Original birth certificate with a raised seal issued by a government agency
- Parent ID (driver's license/official photo ID)
- Proof of residency (A utility bill, tax bill, lease, or purchase contract that has your Shrewsbury address)
- Physical Examination - All students are required to submit a physical examination that has been completed within the past 365 days. It MUST be provided before the first day of school. The NJ Universal Health Form can be accessed by clicking here.

- Readiness Survey
- Any student registering for kindergarten must be 5 years of age by October, 1st, 2024 as per Policy 5112
- You will receive information about orientation and your child’s placement in August 2024.
- If you have a neighbor who has an eligible Kindergarten-aged child, please pass this important information along to them.

2024-2025 1st-8th Grade Registration

- Complete the Open Registration Form in Genesis. Be sure to choose the correct school year that you are registering for.
- Scan and email the following documents to Alanna O’Handley at ohandleya@sbs-nj.org:

- Your driver’s license or government issued photo ID with your Shrewsbury address
- A utility bill, tax bill, lease, or purchase contract that has your Shrewsbury address
